All students applying to Liverpool International College whose first language is not English, or have not studied their entire secondary education in the English language, will be required to demonstrate their competency in English through the submission of an IELTS score or a recognised equivalent.
Applicants who provide an IELTS certificate must have an overall score that is within one bandwidth of the IELTS entry requirement for their chosen programme. Additionally, no single score for the Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing elements may be less than IELTS 4.0.
